Procedure :

過程:

Step 1步驟1:

Wash the salmon fillet and dry it. Pass it in the flour and season with salt and pepper.

把三文魚片清洗幹淨。加入麵(miàn)粉,用鹽和胡椒粉調(diào)味。

Step 2步驟2:

Heat some olive oil in a saucepan and when it is hot add the salmon. Cook for 3 minutes on the skin side

在平底鍋裏加熱橄欖油,加熱後加入三文魚。煎3分鍾(zhōng)。

Step 3步驟3:

Turn the salmon fillet and complete the cooking.

把鮭魚翻過來,完成烹飪。

Step 4 步驟4:

Remove the salmon from the pan and while letting it rest add the butter, capers and lemon juice. Cook for 2 minutes and add the chopped parsley at the end.

把三文(wén)魚從鍋裏拿出來(lái),然後加入黃油、刺山柑和檸檬汁。煮2分鍾,最後加入切碎的歐芹。

Step 5步驟5:

Put the salmon fillet on a plate and glaze it with the warm sauce, which will spread around.
