Procedure :

Step 1步(bù)驟1:
Mix in a bowl the meat with breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and an egg. Use to breadcrumbs to make sure the ingredients bind well together.

Form the meatballs rolling the mixed ingredients in your hands.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the meatballs. Cook them until they become golden.
